Like other livers we sell (Organic Ox Liver, Organic Lamb Liver and Organic Chicken Liver), pork liver is an excellent, lean element to introduce into a balanced diet. 

At The Organic Butchery, we believe in using the most sustainable methods possible whilst organically rearing our animals; we aim to use as much of the carcass as possible, to reduce wastage.
