Will prices be included in the box?

No. We never include invoices or pricing information inside our gift boxes, making them perfect for sending directly to the recipient.

Can I send my gift directly to the recipient?

Of course. Simply enter their delivery address at checkout. If you'd like them to receive delivery updates, use their email address and mobile number during checkout.

How will my gift arrive?

Every order is carefully packed in our insulated packaging with recyclable wool liners and ice packs to keep everything perfectly chilled for up to 48 hours in transit.

What if the recipient isn't home?

Our courier will send delivery updates and a delivery time slot to the email address and mobile number provided at checkout. Once received, the recipient can manage their delivery directly with the courier, including selecting a safe place or updating delivery preferences where available.
