The Grand Organic Christmas Collection

Celebrate every moment of the festive season with our most exceptional Christmas collection yet. Bringing together more than 18kg of organic meat, luxurious centrepieces, artisan cheese and carefully selected festive favourites, this abundant collection is designed to take you from Christmas Eve through to New Year in unforgettable style.

At its heart is a magnificent 5–6kg Whole Organic Turkey, accompanied by all the traditional essentials for Christmas Day. Beyond the main event, you’ll find an indulgent Smoked Salmon Side and charcuterie for Christmas Eve, Beef Fore Rib and Honey Roast Ham for Boxing Day, a handcrafted Beef Wellington for New Year’s Eve, and organic bacon and sausages for relaxed festive breakfasts.

Expertly prepared and carefully curated by The Organic Butchery, this is the ultimate organic Christmas meat box for generous hosts, large families and anyone who believes Christmas deserves something truly extraordinary.

Christmas Eve

Begin the celebrations with an elegant festive spread:

  • 1 × Smoked Salmon Side, 800g

  • 2 × Charcuterie Selections, 100g each

  • 2 × Cropwell Bishop Stilton, 200g each

Serve the smoked salmon with warm blinis, crème fraîche, lemon and fresh dill. Arrange the charcuterie and Stilton on a generous grazing board with sourdough, seasonal chutney, pears, figs and toasted walnuts.

Christmas Day

Create a magnificent traditional Christmas dinner for approximately 10–12 guests:

  • 1 × Whole Organic Turkey, 5–6kg

  • 2 × Cranberry & Apricot Sausage Meat, 400g each

  • 3 × Organic Pork Chipolatas, 340g each

  • 3 × Organic Unsmoked Streaky Bacon, 200g each

  • 1 × Organic Goose Fat, 500g

  • 2 × Turkey Gravy, 400g each

The organic turkey makes a spectacular centrepiece, while the chipolatas and streaky bacon can be combined to make generous homemade pigs in blankets. Serve with crisp goose-fat roast potatoes, sausage-meat stuffing, seasonal vegetables and rich turkey gravy.

Recipe idea: Mix the Cranberry & Apricot Sausage Meat with fresh sage, softened onion and breadcrumbs. Shape into stuffing balls and roast until beautifully golden.

Boxing Day

Continue the celebrations with two impressive centrepieces:

  • 1 × Organic Beef Fore Rib on the Bone, 2.4kg

  • 1 × Honey Roast Ham, 2kg

  • 2 × Red Wine Jus, 200ml each

  • 1 × Organic Beef Fat, 190g

Roast the fore rib until beautifully caramelised on the outside and tender within, then serve with beef-fat roast potatoes, Yorkshire puddings and red wine jus.

The Honey Roast Ham can be served warm with a sticky glaze or sliced cold as part of an abundant Boxing Day table with pickles, cheese, fresh bread and leftover festive vegetables.

Recipe idea: Brush the ham with a glaze of honey, English mustard and a little brown sugar before warming it in the oven. Finish under a high heat until glossy and caramelised.

Festive Breakfasts

Enjoy slow, indulgent mornings throughout the Christmas break:

  • 2 × Organic Nitrate-Free Maple Bacon, 200g each

  • 2 × Organic Pork Sausages, 400g each

Serve as part of a full organic breakfast, fill warm sourdough rolls, or wrap the sausages in bacon and glaze with maple syrup for an easy festive brunch.

Recipe idea: Bake the sausages and bacon with a drizzle of maple syrup and a scattering of fresh thyme. Serve with buttery scrambled eggs and toasted sourdough.

New Year’s Eve

Welcome the New Year with a showstopping dinner:

  • 1 × Beef Wellington, 1.4kg

  • 1 × Red Wine Jus, 200ml

  • 1 × Brie Square, 1kg

  • 1 × Godminster Truffle Cheese, 200g

The Beef Wellington provides an effortless yet impressive New Year’s Eve centrepiece. Serve it with dauphinoise potatoes, buttered greens and red wine jus before finishing the evening with a generous cheeseboard.

Bake the Brie Square until molten and serve with rosemary, garlic, warm bread and cranberry sauce. Pair the Godminster Truffle Cheese with crisp crackers, fresh figs and a drizzle of honey.

Recipe idea: Serve thick slices of Beef Wellington with truffle mash, roasted shallots and glossy red wine jus for a luxurious restaurant-style celebration at home.
