Air Fryer Sticky Honey & Mustard Sausages
The midweek dinner everyone will eat.
Sticky, caramelised organic sausages with a sweet-sharp honey and mustard glaze. Serve with buttery mash for comfort food, or pile into warm ciabatta with rocket for something quicker.
Serves 2–3 | 20 minutes
You'll need
- 1 pack Organic Pork Sausages
- 1 tbsp runny honey
- 1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- Fresh thyme
Method
Air fry the sausages at 190°C for 10 minutes, turning halfway.
Mix the honey, mustards and vinegar. Brush generously over the sausages, scatter over a little thyme and return to the air fryer for 5–7 minutes, turning and glazing again halfway through.
They should be deeply golden, sticky and cooked through.
Make it a meal: serve with creamy mash, tenderstem broccoli and a spoonful of the remaining honey-mustard glaze.
Air Fryer Cumberland Sausage Loaded Potatoes
Your new Friday-night dinner.
Crispy jacket potatoes piled with crumbled Cumberland sausage, mature Cheddar, spring onions and a quick mustard soured cream.
Serves 2 | 35–45 minutes
You'll need
- 4 Organic Cumberland Sausages
- 2 large baking potatoes
- 60g mature Cheddar
- 2 spring onions
- 3 tbsp soured cream

Method
Rub the potatoes with a little oil and sea salt and air fry at 200°C for 35–45 minutes, depending on their size.
Remove the skins from the sausages and break the meat into rough pieces. Air fry separately at 190°C for 8–10 minutes, until browned and cooked through.
Split the potatoes, fluff the centres and top with sausage and Cheddar. Air fry for another 2–3 minutes until bubbling.
Mix the soured cream with the mustard and finish each potato with a generous spoonful, spring onions and chopped chives.
