Organic 28-day Aged Beef Back Rib (Boneless)

Our boneless beef ribs are cut from the chuck of our grass fed animals and are currently a bit of an under-rated cut in our opinion. This robustly flavoured meat offers an alternative to the much more popular forerib for those on a tighter budget. However, it is complemented by just the right amount of marbling and superficial fat to inject some super-succulence into any roast.

Organic grass-fed beef is a nutrient-dense food - it's one of our best sources of high-quality protein and essential nutrients like iron, zinc and Vitamin B12 which are either absent or hard for us to absorb from plants. It's fats also gives us important fat-soluble vitamins including A and E.
