The cut

Low FODMAP Organic Beef Bone Broth from Borough Broth Co. is completely free from onions, garlic and other high FODMAP (highly fermentable) foods. Made from a handful of carefully chosen ingredients and grass-fed organic beef bones slow cook for 24 hours which ensures this gelatinous broth is rich but digestible. It's made to complement gut-healing diets such as low FODMAP, AIP, SIBO and GAPS that are designed to ease symptoms of IBS and other gastrointestinal diseases. For those who can’t tolerate coffee, a hot cup of broth in the morning might just help you start the day off right.

Storage Information

Once your order arrives, unpack your fresh products and place them in the fridge at 0–5°C as soon as possible.

The minimum shelf life for each fresh product is shown in the description and includes your delivery day. Every pack is also labelled with its own use-by date. Please enjoy or freeze your fresh meat before this date.

If you don't plan to use your fresh meat before the use-by date, we recommend freezing it as soon as possible after delivery to preserve its quality. Defrost thoroughly in the refrigerator before cooking and do not refreeze once fully thawed.
