The cut

Bring a touch of sophistication to your table with the Godminster Vintage Oak Smoked Cheddar (200g) — an artisan cheese that beautifully combines heritage cheesemaking with indulgent flavour. This award-winning organic cheddar is matured to perfection to achieve a rich, complex depth, before being traditionally cold-smoked over sustainably sourced oak chips, infusing it with a warm, elegant smokiness.

Crafted using organic milk from British farms, each round is encased in Godminster’s signature burgundy wax, ensuring both freshness and a luxurious presentation. With its velvety texture, bold flavour, and aromatic smoky finish, this cheese is a connoisseur’s choice for refined entertaining and everyday indulgence alike.
