The star of the box is a magnificent 2.4kg Organic Beef Fore Rib on the Bone. Richly marbled and matured for flavour, this impressive roasting joint remains beautifully succulent as it cooks, while the bone adds extra depth and character.
It is accompanied by organic chipolatas and nitrate-free unsmoked streaky bacon for homemade pigs in blankets, organic beef fat for exceptionally crisp roast potatoes, and a generous serving of rich red wine jus.

The fore rib will serve approximately 6–8 people, depending on appetite and the generosity of each portion.
Season the fore rib generously and roast it until deeply caramelised on the outside and tender within. Rest it well before carving into thick slices.
Serve with beef-fat roast potatoes, honey-glazed carrots, seasonal greens, Yorkshire puddings and warm red wine jus. Wrap the chipolatas in streaky bacon for a traditional festive side.
Once your order arrives, unpack your fresh products and place them in the fridge at 0–5°C as soon as possible.
The minimum shelf life for each fresh product is shown in the description and includes your delivery day. Every pack is also labelled with its own use-by date. Please enjoy or freeze your fresh meat before this date.
If you don't plan to use your fresh meat before the use-by date, we recommend freezing it as soon as possible after delivery to preserve its quality. Defrost thoroughly in the refrigerator before cooking and do not refreeze once fully thawed.
