Organic Pork Skin

You have been asking, we can now deliver. The skin of our organic pigs makes the ultimate crackling to accompany roast dinners, hog roasts, beer in front of the rugby, days out rambling - any ocassion you can think of really! We've been experimenting here at The Organic Butchery and have produced this pork crackling recipe for reference.

At The Organic Butchery, we believe in using the most sustainable methods possible whilst organically rearing our animals; we aim to use as much of the carcass as possible, to reduce wastage. Muscles that have had plenty of active exercise produce flavoursome meat with great texture. And the thick skins that the pigs develop to withstand chilly weather translate into excellent crackling.
