The Organic Butchery lamb is slow grown and grass-fed and you can both see and taste how that influences the meat: it's a beautiful deep blush colour, full of character, naturally juicy and packed with that unique lamb flavour. For stress-free preparation and carving our skilled butchers have removed the bone and securely tied your joint with string.
