Made in the heart of Nottinghamshire, our Organic Cropwell Bishop Stilton is a beautifully rich and creamy blue cheese with the distinctive depth expected from a traditional Stilton.
Handcrafted using organic British milk and time-honoured methods, it develops delicate blue veining, a smooth yet crumbly texture and a wonderfully balanced flavour. Buttery and mellow at first, it finishes with a savoury tang that becomes richer as the cheese matures.
At approximately 2kg, this impressive whole Stilton is perfect for Christmas celebrations, generous cheeseboards and entertaining a crowd. Serve at room temperature alongside crackers, chutney, fresh figs or a glass of port.

Once your order arrives, unpack your fresh products and place them in the fridge at 0–5°C as soon as possible.
The minimum shelf life for each fresh product is shown in the description and includes your delivery day. Every pack is also labelled with its own use-by date. Please enjoy or freeze your fresh meat before this date.
If you don't plan to use your fresh meat before the use-by date, we recommend freezing it as soon as possible after delivery to preserve its quality. Defrost thoroughly in the refrigerator before cooking and do not refreeze once fully thawed.

We work with a small circle of certified-organic British family farms who raise their animals slowly and properly. Whole-animal butchery means nothing is wasted — and every cut is handled by butchers who've spent their lives at the block.
