Comprising the neck, liver and heart from the chicken carcass, organic chicken giblets from The Organic Butchery are fantastic organ meats that really shouldn't go to waste. Most frequently used in making stocks, these tasty morsels add an unrivalled depth of flavour that beats any stock cube hands down. When breaking down carcasses for individual chicken cuts, our butchers set aside the giblets. They're then meticulously trimmed and packed together for your use. More versatile than you may think, giblets can add an extra dimension to burgers, meatballs and stews or eaten as you would any other offal.
