The cut

New for 2026: Our organic pork belly boneless is a rich, flavourful cut that’s perfect for slow roasting, resulting in tender meat with beautifully crisp crackling. Sourced from high welfare British organic farms, our pork is reared with care, allowing the animals to grow naturally on organic feed and outdoor access, which contributes to exceptional flavour and quality.

At around 1.2kg, this boneless joint is ideal for feeding a family or entertaining guests, offering generous portions with minimal preparation. The balance of meat and fat in pork belly makes it especially well suited to slow cooking methods, where the fat renders down to keep the meat moist and full of flavour.

For best results, score the skin, season generously with salt, and roast at a high temperature to achieve crackling, then reduce the heat to allow the meat to cook slowly until tender. It pairs beautifully with classic accompaniments such as apple, fennel, or root vegetables, and can also be used in a wide range of dishes from Asian-inspired braises to modern roast dinners.

A versatile and satisfying centrepiece, this organic pork belly delivers deep flavour, excellent texture, and the reassurance of high welfare, responsibly sourced British pork.
