🔥 Oven Preparation

Preheat to: 160°C (fan 140°C) / 320°F / Gas 3
Lower than standard roasting temperature because this is reheating, not initial roasting.
🧑🍳 Preparing the Turkey

Place the turkey breast in a roasting tin.

If it already has a glaze, reserve a little extra for later.

Loosely cover with foil to retain moisture while heating.
⏲ Heating Through

Cook for approximately 1 hour 45 minutes – 2 hours.
(Around 25–30 minutes per 500g.) -
Check doneness: the centre of the cranberry and orange stuffing should reach at least 74°C / 165°F.

This ensures both meat and stuffing are fully heated and safe to eat.
🍯 Glaze Finish

About 20 minutes before the end, remove the foil.

Pour the reserved glaze into a small saucepan and bring to a gentle boil.

Brush the hot glaze evenly over the turkey breast.

Return to the oven uncovered so the glaze caramelises, giving a shiny, golden finish.
⏳ Resting

Once heated through and glazed, remove from the oven.

Loosely cover with foil and rest for 20 minutes before carving.

Resting allows the juices to redistribute, keeping the meat tender and the stuffing moist.
