How To Cook: Organic Stuffed Turkey Breast with Cranberry & Orange Stuffing (2.5kg)

Our Organic Stuffed Turkey Breast is a convenient and delicious way to enjoy the taste of Christmas without the fuss. Filled with tangy cranberry and zesty orange, this 2.5kg breast is perfect for a smaller gathering or as a luxurious addition to your festive table. 🔥 Oven Preparation

  • Preheat to: 160°C (fan 140°C) / 320°F / Gas 3
    Lower than standard roasting temperature because this is reheating, not initial roasting.


🧑🍳 Preparing the Turkey

  1. Place the turkey breast in a roasting tin.

  2. If it already has a glaze, reserve a little extra for later.

  3. Loosely cover with foil to retain moisture while heating.


Heating Through

  • Cook for approximately 1 hour 45 minutes – 2 hours.
    (Around 25–30 minutes per 500g.)

  • Check doneness: the centre of the cranberry and orange stuffing should reach at least 74°C / 165°F.

  • This ensures both meat and stuffing are fully heated and safe to eat.


🍯 Glaze Finish

  1. About 20 minutes before the end, remove the foil.

  2. Pour the reserved glaze into a small saucepan and bring to a gentle boil.

  3. Brush the hot glaze evenly over the turkey breast.

  4. Return to the oven uncovered so the glaze caramelises, giving a shiny, golden finish.


Resting

  • Once heated through and glazed, remove from the oven.

  • Loosely cover with foil and rest for 20 minutes before carving.

  • Resting allows the juices to redistribute, keeping the meat tender and the stuffing moist.
