Our Hubbard chickens have the freedom to roam outdoors during the day and forage for whatever takes their fancy, from red clover, insects and their certified organic feed containing organic wheat and maize. This natural variance in diet accounts for the distinctive depth of colour of the meat which can range from pink to yellow.
