The Organic Half a Lamb Box

Of all the farmed meats, lamb is the most fully and properly free-ranging. During their lives, the lambs we rear here at The Organic Butchery will grow big and strong on their mothers' milk and on our lush, West Country pasture. They're grass-eating machines so we don't have to feed them anything else, and that, coupled with slow growth to natural maturity, means their meat is second to none. The distinctive flavour of lamb is what makes it stand out from the crowd and is something to be celebrated. We give our animals time to develop strong muscles, with just the right amount of fat, which translates into well-rounded and characterful meat that tastes as it traditionally should.
