Raised by farmer Sam among the rolling hills of Dartmoor, our lambs are the result of generations of farming knowledge. The flock is made up of Suffolk × Texel rams bred onto North Country Mule ewes – a traditional cross producing lambs renowned for their tenderness, flavour, and excellent carcass quality.

The farm, first recorded in the 11th century, is proudly certified organic, with animals raised naturally on Dartmoor pasture. This careful system delivers lamb that is both sustainable and exceptional in taste.

This Organic Whole Lamb Box contains the complete butchery of one lamb, expertly prepared into convenient, vacuum-packed cuts – perfect for stocking your freezer with organic, pasture-raised meat.
