🍗 1. Crispy Organic Chicken Thighs with Garlic & Herb Crust

Crispy skin, juicy inside, and loaded with flavour.

Ingredients:

  • 4 organic chicken thighs, bone-in, skin-on

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • 1 tsp dried thyme

  • Sea salt & cracked black pepper

  • Lemon wedges, to serve

Instructions:

  1. Pat the chicken thighs dry and rub with olive oil, garlic, paprika, thyme, salt and pepper.

  2. Place skin-side up in the air fryer basket.

  3. Air fry at 200°C (390°F) for 18–20 minutes, until golden and cooked through (internal temp: 75°C).

  4. Rest for 5 minutes, squeeze over lemon juice, and serve with a crisp salad or roasted new potatoes.

🐷 2. Sticky Organic Pork Belly Bites with Maple & Soy Glaze

Crispy edges. Sweet-salty glaze. Bite-sized perfection.

Ingredients:

  • 500g organic pork belly, cut into cubes

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • 1 garlic clove, grated

  • 1 tsp rice vinegar

Instructions:

  1. Toss pork belly cubes with a little sea salt and place in the air fryer basket.

  2. Cook at 200°C (390°F) for 25–30 minutes, shaking halfway.

  3. Meanwhile, whisk together glaze ingredients.

  4. Once pork is golden and crispy, toss with the glaze and cook for another 3–4 minutes.

  5. Garnish with sesame seeds and spring onions.

Serving suggestion: Serve with sticky jasmine rice or in bao buns with pickled cucumber.


🥩 3. Organic Sirloin Steak Bites with Chimichurri

Fast, flavourful, and perfect for sharing (or not).

Ingredients:

  • 400g organic sirloin steak, cut into bite-size cubes

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt & black pepper

For chimichurri:

  • 1 small bunch parsley, finely chopped

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar

  • 3 tbsp olive oil

  • Pinch of chili flakes & sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Rub steak pieces with olive oil, salt and pepper.

  2. Air fry at 200°C (390°F) for 6–8 minutes, depending on how rare you like it. Shake halfway through.

  3. Mix chimichurri ingredients and spoon over steak bites before serving.

Serving suggestion: Plate with roasted veg or garlic flatbread.


🐖 4. Air Fryer Organic Sausage & Root Veg Traybake

One basket. Big comfort. Minimal cleanup.

Ingredients:

  • 4 organic pork sausages (Cumberland or herby)

  • 1 sweet potato, cubed

  • 1 red onion, sliced

  • 1 parsnip or carrot, sliced

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Fresh thyme or rosemary

Instructions:

  1. Toss veg with olive oil, salt, pepper and herbs.

  2. Place in the air fryer basket and nestle sausages on top.

  3. Cook at 190°C (375°F) for 20–22 minutes, turning sausages halfway.

Optional glaze: Mix a little honey and mustard for the sausages during the last 5 minutes for a glossy finish.

🥩 5. Garlic & Herb Crusted Organic Lamb Chops

Tastes like: Upscale steakhouse
Ready in: 18 minutes

Ingredients:

  • Organic lamb cutlets

  • Fresh rosemary, garlic, lemon zest, Dijon mustard, olive oil

Method:

  1. Coat lamb in herb-garlic-Dijon mix.

  2. Marinate for 1+ hour.

  3. Air fry at 190°C (375°F) for 8–9 mins (medium rare).

  4. Serve with minted peas and a red wine glaze.


🍔 6. Air-Fried Organic Smash Burgers

Tastes like: The fancy burger joint everyone loves
Ready in: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • Organic minced beef (80/20), rolled into balls

  • Sea salt, cracked pepper

  • Brioche buns, cheese, pickles, aioli

Method:

  1. Preheat air fryer to 200°C (400°F).

  2. Smash patties onto air fryer tray, season well.

  3. Cook 6–8 minutes, add cheese for last 2 mins.

  4. Toast buns separately. Stack with all the good stuff.

🐓 7. Moroccan-Spiced Organic Chicken Drumsticks

Tastes like: Street food from Marrakesh
Ready in: 30 minutes

Ingredients:

  • Organic chicken drumsticks

  • Smoked paprika, ground cumin, cinnamon, turmeric, garlic

  • Olive oil, lemon juice, sea salt

Method:

  1. Mix spices with oil and lemon. Rub onto chicken.

  2. Marinate for at least 30 mins.

  3. Air fry at 190°C (375°F) for 25–30 mins, flipping once.

  4. Serve with couscous and minted yoghurt.


🐖 8. Italian-Style Organic Sausage & Peppers

Ready in: 25 minutes

Ingredients:

  • Organic Italian sausages

  • Bell peppers (red, yellow), sliced

  • Red onion, olive oil, oregano

Method:

  1. Toss sliced peppers and onions in olive oil and oregano.

  2. Air fry sausages and veg together at 200°C (400°F) for 22–25 mins.

  3. Serve in toasted ciabatta or over creamy polenta.


🐓 9. Honey Mustard Glazed Organic Chicken Breast

Ready in: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

  • Organic chicken breasts

  • Dijon mustard, honey, garlic, olive oil

  • Sea salt, cracked pepper

Method:

  1. Mix glaze, coat chicken and let sit for 20–30 mins.

  2. Air fry at 200°C (400°F) for 18–20 mins until golden.

  3. Serve with roasted veg or a warm grain salad.


🐄 10. Steakhouse-Style Organic Beef Meatballs

Ingredients:

  • Organic minced beef

  • Grated Parmesan, parsley, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs

Method:

  1. Mix ingredients, form into meatballs.

  2. Air fry at 190°C (375°F) for 15–18 mins.
