Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to Mainland UK only. This specifically excludes postcodes EI (Ireland), ZZ75 (Ireland), BT (Northern Ireland), JE (Jersey), GY (Guernsey), IM (Isle of Man), KA27 (Isle of Arron), FK(17-21) (Parts of Falkirk), HS (Outer Hebrides), AB (Parts of Aberdeen), IV (Northern Highlands), KW (Shetland), PA, PH (Argyll) and ZE (Orkney). This is because we cannot guarantee your box will arrive with you in time for the products to still be frozen.
Unfortunately we no longer offer our Click & Collect service,.
When do you deliver?
We deliver our boxes Tuesday – Saturday every week. Please refer to the below delivery cut-off times to know when to place your order for delivery on your preferred day.

What is the delivery charge?
Delivery costs £4.95, Tuesday - Friday, or is free for orders over £120. Saturday delivery is £6.95, If you need your order before 12 pm on your selected delivery date please select our Pre 12 pm option, there is an additional charge for this service, (Weekday's £7.95 & Saturday £8.95).
Do I have to be home to deliver?
No, when you go through the checkout there is a designated box to write any delivery notes. We would advise that you choose somewhere in the shade so it stays cool, especially through the summer. On the morning of your delivery date, our courier will send you a text message or email, whichever you prefer with an hourly time slot for delivery so you know when to expect your box. They can deliver without contact if you are self-isolating.
Is there a minimum order value?
We have a minimum order of £50.
Is your packaging recyclable?
At The Organic Butchery, we believe in sustainability and so all of the packaging you receive is recyclable.
Can I return my packaging?
We are delighted to offer a FREE packaging returns service. We will gladly re-use the ice packs and paper liners if they come back to us in good condition, all you need to do is package them and drop to your nearest DPD Pickup shop. We would be grateful if you could please follow these guidelines to minimise the environmental impact of shipping -
- Only return a FULL box of ice packs and liners (i.e. packaging from multiple orders)
- Only return items that are not damaged
- Please recycle paper items such as your invoice folder in your normal household recycling
- Ice packs and liners can be sent to us in any box of your choosing, we cannot re-use the The Organic Butchery branded box for another order
