At The Organic Butchery, our beef herd lives a natural, free-range life. Our animals are grass-fed, not filled up with grain and concentrates. This makes sense to us as not only does the West Country have some of the best pasture in the country, it's also the diet for which the digestive system of cattle is specially evolved. Coupled with slow growth, the result is remarkably tender meat with real flavour. You'll taste that in our mince as we use good steak cuts and just a touch of fat. No gnarly bits here!
